During a heavy storm a long developing leak revealed itself in our client’s home office, dripping through the ceiling and onto the carpet. Rather than repainting or patching the affected area, we traced the problem to its true source.
The issue came from above the office at an exterior second floor door. We removed the door trim and saddle with care and continued our investigation up to the roofline. From top to bottom we sealed every vulnerable area to ensure the leak would not return.
